- Ecological vegan baked goodness!
I saw a demo/talk with Vanessa from La Tortita at a vegan festival in Leipzig and was really impressed with what I saw and heard. Not only are all of their hand-made products vegan, but they avoid artificial colours or flavouring, avoid excessive use of sugar, use mostly organic ingredients, offer gluten-free and kosher desserts and use green energy as well as recycled packaging. On the day, she made pralines and they looked fantastic.
