Having tried many smoothy restaurants around Tokyo, I can honestly say this is the best one. They offer many different flavours (about 30?). Some basic, some daring, some strange and all wonderful. Some are milk based, some soy based, most cold some even warm. The location is worth the visit as well. The Marunouchi building offers a wealth of shops with vegetarian options. Close to Very Veggie Flavours is a small Korean restaurant (take out and six seats) which has a nice vegetarian bibimbap. Also very close is a place that sells vegan bento boxes (look for purple logo's and uniforms).
