You know when you get back from vacation and you suffer from post vacation depression? And sometimes the only thing to do is try and recreate food from the place you visited in order to mentally go back on holiday? Well, the day I got home I went to the store and bought supplies to make hot dogs piled high with mustard, pickles, onions, and fried onions. It wasn't the same as DOP Organics, but I was happy for a moment. DOP organics is a must visit, in my opinion. It's located in a very touristy part of town, but you've gotta do that at some point, right? Ride bikes there, grab a hot dog, check out the church, head down the street to Nyhavn. We tried most of their options, but my favorite is the straight up traditional hot dog with all the fixings.
