  • Ugly globalist efficiency goes places

Ugly globalist "efficiency" spreads like a plaque. I went to Lagonid this evening. After asking a waitress what is fresh and natural, I chose hummus. I got a lifeless smooth paste with a bland and slightly acidic taste. It was accompanied by an "arab" bread which looked and tasted like something sold in supermarkets with a long shelf life. I strongly suspect that the reason for such quality is that concept of cooking fresh (fresh means several times per day) from natural ingredients is sacrificed for "efficiency." Otherwise, restaurant was nice, good decor, nicely arranged tables, nice tableware. But if you come for good food, forget it!
