- Wonderful vegan food in Smithfield, NC
I have been on the road traveling to different colleges in the US setting up a disco roller rink. It is hard to find good quality food on the road as a vegan. I ran across Eden's Vegetarian dining on an internet search and have nothing but wonderful things to say. I was served one of the best curried seitan dishes I have ever had. The environment was inviting and relaxed, and the chef/owner/server was an awesome and wholesome individual who knows his vegetarian foods. I highly recommend this place if you are ever near or in Smithfield, NC.
