Rich tomato base with spinach, peppered with sweet explosions of possibly caramelised walnuts, dollops of almond "cheese" all make for a culinary indulgence. The kind waitress also indicated the Waldorf Salad as well as the BCL Salad can be made vegan. It's worth suggesting they specifically add the vegan options as items listed on the menu.
