- Vegan Brilliance
I really enjoyed this restaurant. They have a great menu with lots of veganized Peruvian dishes, such as lomo saltado and ceviche. My Peruvian wife and her omni uncle, who lives in Cuzco, both gane it two thumbs up. The decor is comfortable, we sat up on the patio on the roof. The desserts were nicely done and the molasses cotton candy is genius. This is my favorite place in Cuzco, by far.
