I like this place!! The staff is very friendly & professional and the food is good. The tempeh sandwiches are tasty and they are made with your choice of sauce. They also have bowls and salads which I have yet to sample. The cakes are sort of "healthy"-style, which is nice if you don't want something too decadent. Everything is presented with care. Located steps away from Beaudry metro, you can sit by the large front window and people-watch. It's open late which is great if you are out in the area and want a snack. Propulsion has a nice ambiance, clean and pleasant. They also have a piano and do live music a couple of nights a week. A fun place to hang out, for sure! I'm pleased that there is now a vegan restaurant in this part of the city, no more having to trek over to the Plateau for your tempeh fix. Worthy of your support :)
