Seems a bit odd to be reviewing H&B. If you're in the UK you pretty much know what to expect. They sell a variety of 'wholefoods' vegan products (Frys etc) and a whole host of vitamins and protein replacement. This branch has just had a makeover. Its now much more light and airy than it used to be. Still not the cheapest place in town but... The reason I chose to review this place is the staff. In all the places I've shopped in the city this has to be the most pleasant. The staff are, without exception, the friendliest and most helpful people I have ever bought from and they are the reason I keep going back. Ask them a question, they will know the answer. Forget your points card, they'll sort that for you. All part of the service I know but the smile that accompanies it is a welcome change from the dour response you get from most places. When you are part of a large chain there is little you can do about the products, price or environment. The staff here have managed to make this a place worth shopping in regardless.
