WOW. how to spell -- huge disappointment? i just did. for veggie folks, two items on the menu for vegetarians/vegan. when asking the server to omit the broth from veg pho she became unsettled and said i must speak to THE LADY. THE LADY, i'm guessing the owner, came out in a huff. i politely and sweetly asked about having a dry noodle bowl, vegetarian. she raised her voice, yelling to me that she can't alter the menu and that they are not professional cooks. I AM NOT KIDDING; she was yelling. it was really comical. very sweetly i stated that we'd like to come back again and may i have the veg pho, no broth -- basically a dry veg noodle bowl -- and can the cook do that? again, yelling -- that would have no flavor, no taste. i said, no problem, with the basil and lime and cilantro, i will be very happy. my veg noodle bowl arrived and had VERY OVERCOOKED NOODLES. so much so that it was a ball of noodles difficult to separate. mush texture. my carnivore friends were very happy w/ their meals (beef + shrimp). VEGGIE/VEGAN EATERS, TAKE A PASS AND GO WHERE YOU HAVE OPTIONS AND WILL BE TREATED AS A WELCOME PATRON. WHO YELLS AT POLITE, RESPECT FUL CUSTOMERS? = )
