These little gems were a treasure trove of golden brown vegetable fritters. It was magic, and a constant surprise to find one beautiful gift after another within the deep fried batter. From the perfect cauliflower to crinkled slices of potatoes, these wonderful pockets of heart warming and delicious treats were an absolute God send.
