Thanks to engaging the local vegan community, Greg, the owner had added Daiya cheese as an option. They carry both the mozzarella and the cheddar so there are plenty of substitutions on both sides of the menu. If you're a vegan, tell them up front, there may be things you wouldn't think of like the cheese in the default pizza sauce (just ask for vegan sauce and they'll substitute marinara for it). I've also heard that they now have a vegan white sauce. They also recently stopped using gelatin in their brewing process so most, if not all, of the in-house brews are vegan. They're very open to working with you as far as substitutions go and the food is great!
