After exploring other restaurant options, sitting down and ordering at Maharajas felt like a real treat. An oasis in an otherwise non-vegan restaurant city. We ordered 3 of the 5 vegan dishes available (from what we could tell): the aloo palak, lentil daal, veg byrani, as well as the veg naan and rice. The food was delicious. If it fit in our daily budget more easily, we'd have gone every day. Definitely recommend!
