- Organic Market With Vegan Choices
(I am a Happy Cow ambassador for Lincoln NE) This small market stocks vegan staples,e.g. snacks, cereals, milk, canned goods, as well as local fresh produce such as greens and fruit. Everything is organic. They have a house made vegan soup and cookies everyday, wraps and sandwiches for carryout. The owner is very helpful and knows vegan food. It may well be the best choice for vegan supplies in the Vail Valley. It's a good place to stop when visiting the area and when traveling from coast to coast.
