I go to Freshroll regularly, I love their tofu & veggie rolls with peanut sauce. The fresh rolls only have a minimum of noodles (or none if you ask) and are crammed with fresh veggies. Prepared right in front of you, meals are served very quickly. Meals are very affordable (3 rolls cost about $10). The atmosphere is a little spartan, but I give this place two thumbs up -- it's hard to find "mostly raw" & healthy vegan food in the city.
