Had a very reasonably priced, delicious, and filling vegan meal here on a recent (today in fact) Sunday afternoon. (I paid 1,200 yen including dessert and tax.) And a nice chat with the owner, who speaks very good English. A five minute (or so) walk from Nakano Station. Definitely recommended!
