I would have given 5, yet it's not total vegan so gets a 4 which is the highest permitted. So, here is my review. Think Mongolian BBQ. My suggestions: edemame app, yummy it has a dip and seasonings. Fill your bowl full and ladle on at least three sauces, and add seasoning. The food is fresh and I love that they make clear when fish sauce is involved in a food that might be thought of as vegan.
