- Tasteless
Having been to Maoz in Paris and New York this was a huge disappointment. The falafel, tabouli, and hummous were tasteless. The chips were passable, the lemonade was pretty good but overall this operation paled in comparison to the other shops I've visited. Why sweet pickles? It makes no sense. Also, the staff seemed pretty dour and the place was very cold on a cold winter day. If this is what passes for Middle Eastern food in London I'm in trouble.
