I usually spend large blocks of vacation time seeking out great eating spots, particularly organic pizza joints. My prior favorite was "northwest pizza institute" in Eugene,OR, but NO MORE, as this place is now #1. The pizza here was incredible. The owner had all of the elements dialled in, and was very knowledgeable on all aspects. The crust and cheeses were primo quality. For example, the black olives weren't the typical canned/sliced olives normally found, but were actual real olives. The chevre on my pizza was tasty, and the crust was true to the style that they were going for, and perfectly done, not soggy, nor burnt. The storefront looked like some abandoned strip mall, with no sign announcing it's presence, yet it was still hopping on a monday afternoon, telling me the locals knew about the place. Do yourself a favor, and check this place out.
