  • Great and Inexpensive Fast Food

I had a late lunch at Savory. I had my doubts about going there as in the map it seems to be far from the center; however, it's merely 4 stops from the Central Station when taking the S-line, so at the end it's not far at all. As mentioned before, the menu consists of burgers, sandwiches and hot dog. They also offer salads and soup. It was a pity they do not offer french fries. I had the toscana burger (available on Thursdays), and it was very good. It was juicy, tasty and certainly filling enough. I also had a salad on the side; but it was too vinegary for my taste. Prices are also unbeatable, I paid €10 for a burger, a salad and a drink. Savory is not so big (12 seats maybe?); and it's located in an area where there are no backups at all, so I would consider calling in advance to make sure you get a table (take out is available if weather allows it). By the way, the cafe is cash-only, so make sure you bring some euros with you.
