- very accommodating for vegan and gluten free
First of all, I showed up an hour before they opened but an employee happened to be sweeping outside and they let me in and made a sandwich for me anyway. Super nice people! But also, it is hard to find a bakery that has either vegan or gluten free options, and thus has both. There were multiple pastries to choose from (cranberry walnut cookies, flourless vegan chocolate cake) and they have an awesome veggie sandwich with gluten free bread. I asked for no cheese and was thrilled to learn that they use Veganaise on their sandwiches! So I didn't have to go without mayo! Wonderful experience!
