  • Not many options, but delicious

I was a disappointed that there weren't many vegetarian options. They weren't listed on the menu at all -- I had to get up to ask the hostess and she just told me what they were: 1) zucchini/squash or cheese enchiladas, and 2) meatless Navajo taco. Apparently the portobello burger is only offered for lunch. That being said, the food was AMAZING. It was pricey -- the zucchini/squash enchiladas were the same price as their meaty counterparts -- but it was some of the best food I've had in Utah Valley. The sauce on the enchiladas was divine, the cilantro rice was heavenly, and the refried beans were very tasty (although I could have done with a little less cheese). I might have to go back to check out the Navajo tacos someday.
