- A Terrific Veg-Friendly Restaurant
Naked Tchopstix is a Pan-Asian restaurant serving foods from China, Japan, Korea, and other areas. The restaurant has over 32 vegetarian (many are vegan also) options that are clearly marked on the menu, as well as vegetarian and vegan sushi. Dolsot Bimbimbap is highly recommended with tofu instead of meat and no egg, and includes sushi rice and an assortment of matchstick chopped vegetables in a hot stone bowl (you stir everything up to cook it). Tofu pot stickers are great, as are the salada (cucumber/mushroom/avocado) and vegetable nigiri sushi rolls. Other options include General Tso's Tofu, Korean-Style Sweet & Sour (Tangsu) with tofu, Shiitake Mushroom Asian Wrap, Pud Thai with tofu, Japanese Pan Fried Noodle, and many more. The atmosphere is upscale, but the prices are moderate. The staff is great (our waitress was vegetarian) and will really work with you to make anything you want vegan or veg friendly.
