• a good vegan option

My friend and I were in Strasbourg for a day and visited this place since it served vegan food. We arrived in the afternoon and both ate pasta with sautéed vegetables on top. It was delicious! I really liked the soft spicy flavour and even loved the eggplant which I normally find uneatable. The staff was friendly and after some explaining vegetarian meals could be made vegan. The only problem was that they didn't speak English. The place also offers delicious looking desserts and packaged homemade chocolate and some lovely kitchenware. The bistrot is located in the city centre, close to the cathedral. But since it's on a side street, you can barely hear any city noises when you're sitting outside. Definitely a place to check out - especially for vegans (because there aren't a lot of options in France).
