small, casual cafe with a wide array of creative vegan sushi options. They're not well-labeled on the menu (aside from the 'vegetarian' section) so you may have to inquire. Our waitress was not informed on vegan options but did ask the chef to confirm. Saturday hours change seasonally so be sure to confirm.
