• hidden gem in traditional Lisbon

Like most people here, I really enjoyed visiting this spot. As mentioned, the atmosphere is magical. Yes, it's a bit tough to find, but not if you're able to use the Happy Cow app to hone in on it. As others have described, the system is "unique," there are only a handful of starters and one main dish. Yes, service was slow and a bit stop-and-go, but everyone seemed to be happy with what they were getting and the location itself is good for inspiring patience. This is obviously a labor of love and the dedication to each meal as a work of art really sets it apart from more utilitarian places. It's a great spot to come for a gourmet experience with ambiance to spare, but not if you are starving and in a hurry. Try to get here at least once when passing through Lisbon!
