• Very inexpensive for wonderful food!

MBK – Vegetarian Food Kiosk 444 Phayathai Rd (at MBK food court, 6th floor, shop C.07), Bangkok, Thailand, Very close to the sky train station Ph: 2179491 In the large Island Food Court (6th floor) so pick up your food and pick your own seat. Comfortable but no “intimate dining” here. Purchase a card at one of several booths. Put as much as you want on it and just return it before the end of the day to get back any money remaining on your card. Very friendly service. Even though there was a line up, they took the time to let me check the spice level of a dish I was interested in. Beautiful display of food everything looked attractive and fresh. Food is all pre-prepared no menu items to choose from. Leads to some food being warmer than others. Most dishes very spicy – even my Thai companion had a hard time with one of the dishes Amazingly inexpensive for being in a modern mall in the city. We had two big plates with brown rice and 5 mains for only 120b!!! The food was all very good. 10am – 10pm Updated from previous review on 2017-01-24
