At lunch time this place was packed, and all with locals - we were the only tourists. I guess the people of Puno don't mind cheap, tasty vegan food. The menu was a bargain and was still tasty. The proprietor spoke good English and she was really friendly. We wanted to come back the day after and try some stuff à la carte but all of town was suddenly closed on a Wednesday...
