i've been a fan of the carrot cake since it's introduction many years ago at mizuna! so happy when boots opened with all vegan menu, almost all gluten free as well but you wouldn't guess, yes it's that good! that waffle is out of this world & the savory stuff is always satisfying for this picky vegan! the location next to the co-op is super cool & the vibe is sweet & funky... i have to visit boots every time i pass through spokane for at least one meal & load up on goodies for the road!
