  • What a lovely place!

This is a really lovely and pleasant place! It's located in a vibrant area close to the Centraal Museum and Dick Bruna Huis, so it's very convenient to have lunch or a snack there while exploring this part of the city. When I arrived, the restaurant was quite crowded, but staff were so friendly, made me feel very welcomed and told me I could sit at the bar. When another table was free because some people had left, they thought of me and told me I could change to that more convenient table now. I think that this was so considerate of them! They have an English menu available and I ordered the humus sandwich and the homemade lemonade. I had to wait for some time, probably because the place was very crowded, but I still think it was a little too long for a sandwich. The sandwich came with wonderful fresh bread, a LOT of humus and also salad and different seeds on it. There were also too slices of cucumber and one small cherry tomato. However, the taste was a little boring and I think there should definitely be more tomatoes or even something else on it to make it a little less dry and the taste a little more interesting. I still enjoyed the visit, though, because the atmosphere was fantastic and very positive, the decoration and furniture really nice, and it was just a very good place to be.
