Just got back from having a wonderful dinner at Veggie Today. As a vegan I was very excited to learn of this place. Everything on the menu other than the won tons and chow mein are vegan. I ordered the sesame eggplant and hot and sour soup. The meal was nothing short of delicious. Everything tasted so fresh and flavorful. The staff was very friendly, the restaurant was very clean, and the ambiance was very nice, perfect for a date. I'll definitely be going back for more!
