- limited but healthy
Earthy is an organic shop which also has a decent size cafe in its premises. I have to say its a bit pricey, but is organic. the shop is good, stocking most products you would need in your kitchen, decent breads and snacks. A good selection of veg, but its all a bit meaty for me. The cafe does decent coffee and gets very busy at weekends, the selection for non meat eaters is limited. They do offer good veggie sandwiches and polenta, and i'm sure you can ask for vegan options, but would be limited. They have a salad platter, which allows you to pick from a good selection of salads, then mix and match, again its pretty limited for vegans. there use of parmesan also makes me think they don't really cater for veggie, but for people wanting a break from meat. Its worth a visit, the shop is expensive, but has some really nice foods. what it does sell is good, and i mean good, its just limited
