• Amazing vegan burgers from scratch

Mother Earth is a relaxing, peaceful coffeehouse and eatery. They have several vegan and vegetarian burgers. My favorite vegan burger is the "Tesla" burger made of chickpeas, pumpkin seeds, chard, and figs. My boyfriend's favorite is the spicy "conspiracy" burger with black beans and jalapeños. There are several other vegan burgers and you can have them served on a wrap or roll or on salad. Ask for the vegan cilantro sauce (they usually have a vegan and a dairy based cilantro sauce). House made salsa is also good. They have almond milk for coffee and serve iced and hot teas. They always have fresh, vegan soups just bursting with flavor and served in adorable ceramic bowls. Updated from previous review on Tuesday July 16, 2013 Update: they now usually have at least one vegan dessert option Newest update: they now have over 25 veg burgers. My two current favorites are the earthy and spicy dragon burger (Jamaican yam, sage, pigeon peas and scotch bonnet peppers) and the spicy chocolate black bean burger. Both are amazing! Lots of vegan soups, which change weekly. They now also have a $10 veg burger special, which includes a veg burger, side soup, and iced tea of the day. Great deal!
