I have eaten at Improv every weekend since it opened in the beginning of June. I guess one might say I'm a fan! - The veggie burger is among the best I've had in the world (I'm a veggie burger connoisseur who has lived in NYC, San Francisco, and eaten vegan all over Europe). - The location is super central and in a hip and interesting neighborhood. -The service is friendly. -All of the desserts are delicious and the peanut and banana milkshake is amazing. The falafel is good too. And the ratatouille. And the hummus. And the feta! Such, good, feta! And and and... I think if you're in Athens, a trip to Improv is a must! I wish I was eating there right now.
