- Excellent food
Glad to have stumbled upon this little cafe in Grasmere. A good selection of meals that were either vegan or could be made vegan along with various vegetarian dishes and lots of gluten free options. I had an item from the specials menu which was roast vegetable soup with a Mediterranean salad. It was delicious! Great portion size! and pleased to find homemade bread without soya in!(as i have an intolerance) For those who can have soya there was options for vegan cakes, soya milk for tea, soya ice cream and some other things i can't remember. I highly recommend this place! really excellent food. Definitely one of the best vegan meals i have had whilst eating out. I would give a 5 out of 5 happy cows if i could!
