  • Great source for Vegetarians

Since so many of the dishes are bean and rice based, it's pretty easy to make many of them vegetarian or vegan by substituting meat/cheese for more veggies of choice. I would highly recommend the fajitas (ask to nix the sour cream and replace w extra guacomole). Very fresh & delicious. We also like all the other 5 (or so) dishes labeled as 'vegetarian'. But be creative and look elsewhere on the menu too, and switch out if you see somnething you like. Chips and salsa are served complimentary w each meal, and the salsa is divine, if you like fresh cilantro.... the owners are fun and friendly. Highly recommend this restaurant!
