• sketchy when it comes to certain vegan items

I don't live in Vegas, but this has been one of my go-to places when visiting for several years now. Typically gotten the G&P Veggie Burger, and have always asked for it to be made vegan. The person working the counter has always removed the dairy and added vegan cheese for me, no problem. So when I was in town and swung by the other location on Decatur recently, the person working the counter told me my options for the burger were only the bun-less wraps. When I said I'd take the regular bun, he explained they aren't vegan. He went on to say the buns have never been vegan. I've been ordering my burger "made vegan" for years and had never heard this before. I emailed G&P's general info email address the next day and never got a response. It seems apparent that, especially for a place that advertises as catering to different diets, this is at best a case of employees unknowledgeable about either those diets they supposedly cater to, or the ingredients of the food they serve. Management not responding to me to clarify this seems to be an example of extremely poor customer care, and doesn't do anything to make me feel comfortable heading here for a vegan meal. Either way, definitely won't be eating here again.
