• 100% Vegan! ?

Lotus is now 100% vegan, as well as 100% exceptionally soul and tummy satisfying. Lotus is by far my most favorite spot for dining out, or for grabbing a quick, healthy take-out meal for that matter. It feels so great to open a menu where I can literally order everything and anything without worrying if it is vegan or not. The food is beyond delicious at Lotus. I'm guilty of indulging at least three times a week, sometimes more, for lunch or dinner. I'm pretty sure between my boyfriend and I, we have ordered just about every dish on the menu, multiple times, and love everything. One of the best parts about Lotus is my non-vegan/veggie friends and family don't even put up a fuss about going and even look forward to the vegan buffet every third Saturday. Do yourself a favor while you're there and don't pass up on one of the fresh juices or smoothies, they are out of this world! If this is your first visit to Lotus, it most certainly will not be your last. Cannot recommend enough!
