I was going to get the soup of the day and a main dish, since veg*n restaurants often tend to serve portions on the smaller side of filling, but they had no soup (or empanadas) yesterday when I went. Instead I had a tofu salad (with extra goat cheese), which turned out to be big enough to be a full meal in itself! Deliciously fresh salad with scrumptious, marinated tofu. Was really good. The cheese (and the tofu) could have come in smaller cubes, but it's not like I don't know how to use a knife… They didn't charge for the water (regular tap water, as opposed to bottled, which they do charge for). About 5,500 CHP (around 8 USD) isn't cheap for a salad in Chile, but it isn't bad for a whole meal, which this salad was.
