I Love bean!!! It makes the transition to vegan easy with familiar comfort foods that I love served in a comfortable atmosphere and at a fair price. Living in Asheville, NC is a vegan dissapointment so I always am excited to stop at BEAN when I am flying out of the Charlottoe Airport. I wish I could eat at BEAN every night. Maybe the Vegan Eats Fairy will wave a wand and make a BEAN appear in Ahseville one day. IT IS MUCH NEEDED
