- A unique veggie, Fair Trade and organic atmosphere
If you go to Weltcafe Dresden, do not expect a fully-fledged menu, as it is rather a cafe than a restaurant. Nonetheless, you can get there some very delicious soups and tasty (vegan) savory waffels filled with vegetables and covered with ketchup or several GEPA sauces to feed your hunger. I am a regular customer at Weltcafe Dresden and I have been there *many* times. IMHO it is the perfect place to enjoy your Hackerbrause (Mate) while surfing the internet via the free Wi-Fi, have a fair trade coffee together with some organic cake out in the sun reading tageszeitung, or warm yourself up with some organic mulled wine during wintertime. The Weltcafe Dresden owner is a very nice GNU/Linux and TYPO3 hacker and it has never been boring to have a chat with him about green energy, Free Software, Fair Trade, transport policy, and anything else that matters.
