Basic hole-in-the-wall eatery with quite tasty fare, if you don't mind your savouries being a little on the sweet side. Locals pay 10 K, foreigners can expect to pay 20 K (or 15 K if you speak or understand a little rudimentary Vietnamese). Updated from previous review on 2017-01-03
