I've eaten there many times, at locations around the country. It's great to be able to pick out your own ingredients, which also means you can create endless variations, all vegan! It's tasty and ingredients seem to be fresh. They also have a reward system where you receive a free bowl after having purchased 9 bowls, and on Monday's, each bowl you buy counts as two towards your reward. You can also pay just a few dollars more to get unlimited bowls - great for those with a large appetite.
