We definitely had a very nice gourmet experience here: their homemade insalata russa was delicious, and so were the Hokkaido pumpkin gnocchi with seitan ragout. But the most memorable dish has been a tender, juicy seitan on celeriac-wheatgrass veloute with homemade vegan gorgonzola cheese melted on it: the taste was so authentic I was afraid it was real cheese. Our desserts were also nice: apricot cheesecake and pumpkin-almond cake on a bed of saffron custard. Well-presented dishes, friendly staff and nice setting. Definitely recommended.
