- Fantastic Sweets
Ran into Sweet Maresa's cupcakes at the Catskill Animal Sanctuary shindig. She was selling three flavors - chocolate mint, strawberry rhubarb, and chocolate lavender. Each delicious - the chocolate mint was like chocolate mint ice cream, fresh and bracing. Icing was light, cake was moist, just like it should be.
