I do love River City Nutrition, it's a great place to stop and pick up specific vegan ingredients when you don't want to go to Trader Joes or Whole Foods. The people in the store are very helpful and friendly. I've purchased tofu, tempeh, ice cream sandwiches, specialty flours and nutritional yeast among other common grocery items here. They are higher priced than Trader Joes, but I would choose to go here before I'd go to Whole Foods. You can also request items and they will special order them for you!
