- Vegan Breakfast
It's great to have the option of a vegan breakfast and it does seem like they've made an effort but it's not especially good. The hash brown is good. Homemade burgers and sausages are good but would be going with slightly heavier flavouring imo. Nice bread but no vegan spread and weirdly served with a little packet of (dairy) butter. Scrambled tofu seems to have no added flavouring, just warmed, broken up tofu but is fine is you mix in some salt, pepper and sauce yourself. For the price it's ok but I'd not go out of my way for it. I arrived at 11.30am and there was 4 staff and variously 3-5 customers. Because it was so quiet the atmosphere was dominated by the staff just hanging out at the bar. They were lovely but it's was felt over-staffed.
