Words cannot properly express the enjoyment of eating at this restaurant. I was fortunate to be in Charlotte on several occasions this year giving me the opportunity to try most of the menu items including brunch. Everything is well prepared and delicious. Some of my favorites include the pancakes, cinnamon rolls, buffalo cauliflower, risotto, black bean burger and bread pudding. The staff is very welcoming and helpful. Fern is a great restaurant to take carnivore friends who may be reluctant to try vegan foods.
