  • Non-employees handle food, release personal info

Do NOT order from Fresh Harvest Kafe. The manager, Jen, is not only extremely rude, but she also gives out customers' personal information and knowingly allows non-employees to handle customers' food. We had ordered from there 6 times in a matter of 3 months because the food was decent. The last time we ordered delivery from there, there was an issue with our wrap. When we spoke with the manager, Jen, she was argumentative, told us we were wrong, and offered no apology for the order issue. After over 5 minutes of arguing with us, she said she would make a new one but claimed that we would still have to talk with the owner the next day. She said she'd put the issue on the owner's desk and that the owner would call us around 10AM the next day. Finally, our new order arrived. When we answered the door, a woman was holding our food and immediately told us she did not work for Fresh Harvest. She told us she was a friend of one of the employees and that they were too busy to deliver our food. She would not give us her name, occupation, who she knew, etc. We felt extremely uncomfortable with a non-employee handling our food and being given our address, name, etc. Needless to say, we never ate that wrap, worried it could be tampered with. When we called around 10:30AM the next day, an employee answered and told us that the owner was not in and conveniently the owner's name is Jen. We still have not received a phone call. We will never order from them again. The same people also own Baja Fresh, so I imagine the same negligence occurs there.
