Fuhuiciyuan has an extensive veg menu and a nice wait staff. The restaurant is fairly easy to find—it's just off Wangfujing in a quiet hutong. Sit upstairs in the tea parlor area; you must order tea there, but they have some specialty types that are nice, and you can still order off the full menu but with better ambience. I wouldn't say their food is the best in the city, but it certainly won't disappoint and it's worth a visit 4sure. They speak enough English/the menu has lots of pics, so no worries for tourists who don't speak Mandarin.
